SUMMER SCHEDULE
Starting May 24 our Summer Sunday Worship we will go to one combined service at 11 AM from Memorial Day thru Labor Day weekends. Sunday School will be at 9:30 AM starting Sunday, June 7. No Sunday School on holiday weekends: May 24, July 5, & September 6.
SUMMER SERMON SERIES JOURNALS
This summer we will be journeying through 1-2 Timothy & Titus and we have scripture notebooks for you for free in the Lobby at the Connect Central desk. Don't forget to grab one on Sunday! Our summer sermon series will start on Sunday, May 24.
CENTRAL COMMUNITY RECOVERY CELEBRATION
The Central Community Recovery (CCR) is inviting all to their one year celebration on May 15. Doors open and food is served at 6 PM and the program starts at 6:30 PM. There will be Worship, Fellowship, Testimonials, & Jokes! Enter through door 4 south. We hope you make it!
CONCERT: THE HYMN PROJECT
On May 17 at 6 PM, Central's Choir & Orchestra, along with other area church choirs, will present "The Hymn Project 2026.” Come sing and rejoice!
MEMORIAL DAY SUNDAY
On Sunday, May 24 in honor of Memorial Day we will be having one combined service at 11 AM and no Sunday School. Kids will worship with their family in the sanctuary and we will have Discovery for ages 0-2.
YOUNG ADULT COOKOUT
Hey Young Adults, we'd love to have you celebrate the long weekend with us! See you at Central Park at 4 PM on Sunday, May 24th. Bring your favorite side to eat with hot dogs and burgers.
WOMEN’S RESALE TRAIL
Join us for a resale trail on Sat. May 30, meeting in the West parking at Central Church at 9 AM. We will leave promptly at 9:15 AM. Please register at centralnazarene.com/register.
YA CEDAR POINT TRIP
Let's ride some roller coasters. Young Adults are invited to join us for a trip to Cedar Point on Saturday, May 30th. Cost is $47 for your ticket for entry. Go to lnk.bio/centralya to register.
SENIOR ADULT BIG HOUSE TOUR
On June 4 the Senior Adults will take a tour of the U of M Big House. They will be leaving the church at 8 AM and the tour starts at 9 AM, then out for lunch after the tour. Cost is $20. Lunch is not included. Sign up at the Senior Adult table in the Lobby on Sundays.
ALABASTER OFFERING
Stop at the Connect Central desk in the Lobby on Sundays and pick up an Alabaster Offering coin box to collect your coins for the next couple weeks. On Sunday, June 7 during our morning worship service at 11 AM we will be collecting the Alabaster Offering to help build churches around the world.
YOUTH SUMMER KICKOFF
Kick off the Summer with us at an outdoor youth group at Central Park! June 7 from 6-8 PM with food and games. Grades 6-12.
SENIOR ADULT TIGER GAME
On Saturday, July 25 the Senior Adults will be going to a Detroit Tigers game. $60 per person. Food is on your own. 1st Pitch at 1:10 PM and we will be leaving the church at 10 AM. Register at centralnazarene.com/register.
WOMEN’S FALL RETREAT
Registration is now open for the Grace Adventures women's retreat (Sept 25-27), but spots are limited and registration closes August 1. The weekend includes fellowship, great food, activities, crafts, lakeside relaxation, worship, workshops, and Biblical teaching from Amberly Neese. You have an option to stay on campus or in a hotel. YA SUMMER GATHERINGS
Hey young adults! This summer we're launching a new routine: The Gatherings! On Thursdays from 6-8:30 PM, we'll be gathering. RECOVERY PROGRAM
The Central Community Recovery ministry (CCR) is a Christ-Centered recovery program designed to help people deal with dysfunctional, compulsive, and addictive behaviors through the 8 Principles from the Beatitudes of the New Testament and 12 biblically-based steps to victory. This program is held every Friday at 6:30 PM.
